BELOW WE DETAIL ALL GRANTS AND SUBSIDIES RECEIVED SINCE THE CREATION OF OUR COMPANY.
1. 29/02/24: Subject: "EXPORTA MAS CANTABRIA. OPENING NEW INTERNATIONAL MARKETS"
Objective of the subsidy:
The program ‘Exporta Más Cantabria’ aims to support companies and self-employed workers in Cantabria in the development of their international commercial promotion strategies, thus contributing to the recovery and expansion of their clientele, their supplier companies, the geographical diversification of new international markets, and therefore to the dynamization of Cantabria’s business activity.
Additional information:
On April 21, 2022, Order IND/22/2022 of April 12 was published in BOC No. 76, establishing the regulatory bases of the subsidy program of SODERCAN, S.A. called “EXPORTA MÁS CANTABRIA. OPENING NEW INTERNATIONAL MARKETS,” amended by Order IND/34/2023 of May 5, published in BOC No. 94 of May 17, 2023.
By Resolution SOD/NMI/22/23 of May 18, 2023, the call for subsidies of the Line “EXPORTA MÁS CANTABRIA. OPENING NEW INTERNATIONAL MARKETS” was approved, with an extract published in BOC No. 103 of May 30, 2023.
In view of the applications submitted and the corresponding files processed, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and which include, among other documents, a favorable Verification Report from the Technical Instructor, a favorable Resolution Proposal from the relevant Area Director, both confirming that the applicant meets the required conditions, as well as a favorable legal report, the competent authority resolved to grant the subsidy.
And being the General Director of SODERCAN, or a person expressly authorized for this purpose, the competent body to grant or deny subsidies, according to Article 8.1 of Order IND/22/2022 of April 12, on 29/02/2024 resolved, by virtue of the above, the GRANTING of the subsidies established in the cited Order and Call, and in relation to the above referenced file, it is NOTIFIED:
The GRANTING of the subsidy in the amount of €3,920.11 (non-repayable).
2. Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21 – subsidy aimed at promoting permanent employment.
The GRANTING of the subsidy in the amount of €7,000.00 (non-repayable) on 31/05/24.
This COMPANY has received a subsidy aimed at promoting stable and quality employment in small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit entities (Decree 31/2023, of May 11).
According to Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21, Article 39.6 on Public Activity Transparency, the amount granted of the subsidy is €7,000, making a total of €10,898.45 of annual remunerations and indemnities under the terms of Article 39.6 of Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21.
Aid co-financed at 60% by the European Union, through the FSE+ Cantabria 2021-2027 Program.
3. Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21 – subsidy aimed at promoting permanent employment.
The GRANTING of the subsidy in the amount of €7,000.00 (non-repayable) on 31/10/24.
This COMPANY has received a subsidy aimed at promoting stable and quality employment in small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit entities (Decree 31/2023, of May 11).
According to Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21, Article 39.6 on Public Activity Transparency, the amount granted of the subsidy is €7,000, making a total of €17,898.45 of annual remunerations and indemnities under the terms of Article 39.6 of Law of Cantabria 1/2018 of March 21.
Aid co-financed at 60% by the European Union, through the FSE+ Cantabria 2021-2027 Program.
4. Resolution Date: 07/10/2024. COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL STAFF 2024
On May 29, 2023, Order IND/43/2023 of May 16 was published in BOC No. 102, establishing the regulatory bases of subsidies of the program “+ TALENTO. HIRING OF COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL STAFF,” promoted by SODERCAN, S.A.
By Resolution SOD/+TAL/23/24, of March 20, 2024, the call for the year 2024 of the subsidy line “+ Talento. Hiring of Commercial Technical Staff” was approved, with an extract published on April 8, 2024 in BOC No. 67.
Amount granted: €25,000.00
5. Resolution Date: 05/02/2025. R&D TECHNICAL STAFF 2024
On February 28, 2023, Order IND/14/2023 of February 20 was published in BOC No. 41, establishing the regulatory bases of the subsidies of the R&D Technical Staff Program, promoted by SODERCAN, S.A. On 05/02/2025, it resolved, by virtue of the above, the GRANTING of the subsidies established in the cited Order and Call, and in relation to the above referenced file.
Amount granted: €25,000.00
6. Resolution Date: 05/02/2025. EMPLEA 2024
On February 28, 2023, Order IND/13/2023 of February 15 was published in BOC No. 41, establishing the regulatory bases of the subsidies of the EMPLEA program, promoted by SODERCAN, S.A., amended by Order IND/4/2024 of March 8, published on March 21, 2024 in the Official Bulletin of Cantabria No. 58. According to Article 11.1 of Order IND/13/2023 of February 15, amended by Order IND/4/2024 of March 8, on 05/02/2025, it resolved, by virtue of the above, the GRANTING of the subsidies established in the cited Order and Call, and in relation to the above referenced file.

7. Resolution Date: 30/01/2025. COMMERCIAL PROMOTION PLANS 2024
According to Article 12.1 of Order IND/10/2024 of March 18, on 30/01/2025, it resolved, by virtue of the above, the GRANTING of the subsidies established in the cited Order and Call, and in relation to the above referenced file.
